- AI-assisted wiki creation and editing
- Search and browsing capabilities
- File upload and attachment management
- Version history and revision tracking
- Automatic conversation history: your chats are saved by default so you can browse and resume past conversations. You can turn this off at any time in Settings
3. Account registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Misuse AI-generated content to deceive or harm others
5. Content ownership
- Your content: you retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or store in the wiki, including your conversation history. We do not claim ownership over your data.
- AI-generated content: content generated or edited by the AI assistant based on your inputs is considered part of your wiki content and is owned by you.
- License grant: by using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
6. AI-generated content disclaimer
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors.
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated wiki entries before relying on them.
- The Service is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice.
7. Data and privacy
- Your data privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy.
- We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
8. Pricing and payment
- Free tier: limited to 1 workspace and 1 user with BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) AI integration.
- Pro plan: billed monthly at the advertised rate.
- Enterprise: custom pricing with dedicated support.
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
9. Intellectual property
- The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Sofie Wiki and protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
10. Third-party integrations
- The Service may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., AI providers, calendar services).
- Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
- We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
11. Limitation of liability
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

- Upon termination, your data will be retained for a reasonable period to allow export, after which it may be deleted.
